A well constructed course with patient instruction from Steve.
A sound theory base with plenty of practical experience in real life situations. This course should give anyone the skills and confidence they need to tackle most problems with domestic appliances.
It was exactly what I needed to tie up all the loose ends in theory and practice.

I came onto the course without any knowledge whatsoever of appliances or electrics. I found you to be a patient teacher willing to teach at the pace at which the students felt comfortable, in a relaxed and friendly environment. I went away with a basic knowledge of how systems and circuitry function in appliances, and the confidence to attempt repairs on a range of appliances.

I would just like to say how grateful I was for the time you spent helping me grasp testing, I know I was a little slower than the rest on my course and appreciate your patience.
I have been able to make a start and have successfully repaired a number of appliances, and my confidence is definitely growing with each one I repair.

Thank you for delivering a very informative Appliance Training Course, both I and my two maintenance engineers feel more confident in the repair and maintenance of the appliances under our control.
Mr Johnston Sussex 11th November 2015
Thanks again for the way you where able to take me from knowing nothing about testing or appliances (not even how to use a washer, the wife is very happy now) to having the technical knowledge to test and repair all manner of appliances.
I will let you know how I progress.

I found the course to include everything I expected to set me up with the knowledge of repairing, servicing and testing white goods and more!
The ‘on the job’ training was invaluable to me, I felt it gave me confidence and the chance to relate my learning into real situations.
The in-depth information provided throughout the course has helped me in many ways i.e. reference, trade options, work opportunities. Fish and Chip Friday was a bonus. Good fish in Barton!!
All in all a great academy run by a great bloke.

I was looking for a professional training establishment that covered Domestic Appliance Repair and basics in plumbing & electrics and I found Whitegoods Training Academy. After liaising over email I was really happy to see that their workshop and facilities were every bit hands on as had been promised. A thoroughly enjoyable course, well structured, in-depth, hand-ons and included real life jobs with customers. Steve (the tutor) was very knowledgeable, helpful and able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend The Training Academy to anyone who is interested in starting an appliance repair business or as a skill to any landlord.

Well what can I say… for me a well worked out course, really relaxed atmosphere, very good practical hands on work. And not let us forget our tutor Stephen Bunyan a great person to be around, very knowledgeable, patient person with a good constructive outlook. I Thoroughly enjoyed this course.

A very well put together course with a patient & knowledgeable teacher.
Course covered everything from basic repairs to complete strip downs of machines and gives much of the knowledge you might need to start doing repairs yourself or possibly get you a job in the domestic goods repair industry.
Thanks again Steve.
